GDPR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CONDITIONS
Dear customers, you certainly did not miss out on the entry into force on 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, abbreviated as general the Privacy Policy (sometimes referred to as the GDPR abbreviation). This Regulation establishes a legal framework for the protection of personal data in the European area with a view to: to defend as much as possible the rights of EU citizens against unauthorized treatment of their data, including personal data. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council effective from May 25, 2018, informs its customers about the processing of their personal data if they use their services.
Personal data
The following personal information will be processed by the administrator: Name, surname, address, email contact, date of birth, ID number, travel number passport, nationality, telephone contact, credit card number ("personal data").
Purpose of processing
The purpose of processing personal data is compliance with the legal obligations of the trustee resulting from the content of the accommodation agreement or other agreement relating to the subject of the business of the Administrator, between you as a customer and By the Administrator, and the fulfillment of legal obligations of the Administrator resulting from generally binding legal regulations.
Recipients of personal data
Personal data processed to fulfill the obligations arising from the specific legal regulations of the trustee may lawfully handed over to the law enforcement authorities. Obligation to provide personal data
Personal information is necessary to provide the administrator with the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the content accommodation agreements or other contracts related to the subject of the business manager.
Processing time
Personal data may be processed by the trustee for the time necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the content of the accommodation or other contracts relating to the subject of the business of the Administrator, or for the time necessary for resolving disputes arising out of a concluded contract.
Lesson of the data subject
Pension Cortina informs its customers that they have the right:
a) obtain from the Administrator a confirmation that the personal data relating to them are processed or not and, if so, have the right to access such personal and the following information: processing purposes, the category of personal data concerned, the recipient or the category of recipients whose personal data were or will be in particular to recipients in third countries or international organizations, the planned period for which personal data will be stored or, if it is not possible to determine it, the criteria used to determine that period, the existence of the right to require the controller to correct or delete personal data relating to the data subject or to restrict his processing or objecting to such processing, the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
b) that the Administrator without undue delay corrects inaccurate personal data relating to him. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the right to supplement is incomplete personal data, including the provision of an additional statement.
c) that the Administrator erases without undue delay the personal data concerning them and the Administrator has the obligation to delete personal data without undue delay if it is given for one of the following reasons: personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, the customer withdraws consent and there is no other legal title to their processing, personal data have been processed unlawfully, personal data must be deleted to meet the legal obligation laid down in Union law or Member State concerned by the controller.
d) that the Administrator restrict the processing of their personal data if they deny their accuracy for the period of verification of this fact by the Administrator, the processing is unlawful, and Administrators ask for their limited processing instead of deleting them, data is no longer needed for processing purposes, but I need them for the determination, exercise or defense of legal claims.
e) that the Administrator, at their request, pass their personal data to another Administrator designated by them.
f) object to the processing of my personal data with the Administrator.
g) in the case of doubt as to whether the personal data of the Administrator are processed in the sense of the aforementioned legal regulations to refer to the Administrator, and the Office for Personal Data Protection.
